Welcome! Starting therapy can be daunting, I am here to help. Whether you are a pro at this and you just need a new perspective or you have never done this before and the thought of starting therapy is overwhelming, I am happy you are considering taking this step and investing in yourself, your relationship, or your family.
I work with people of all ages, have experience working with people going through Depression, Anxiety, loss, chronic illness or pain, life transitions, and relationship conflict. I am certified in Trauma treatment and love using somatic techniques that help my clients understand the role of experiences, emotions, and relationships in our bodies and brains.
I am also a Child Development Specialist and Registered Play Therapist. My work with children involves both Child Centered Play Therapy and Prescriptive Play Therapy when needed. I believe in the wisdom of our mind and body and I follow the child’s lead. Because we don’t exist in this world alone, I encourage parents to participate in their child’s process as much as possible.

Play Therapy
Play is children's language, making Play Therapy ideal for kids and teens. It enables them to communicate their emotions when words fail and offers a safe, supportive space to explore those "big" feelings. I have come to learn that play provides safety and lightness to deep and meaningful therapeutic work, not only in kids, but also adults. I use Play Therapy techniques and tools in my work with adults, families, and couples.

Specialized Programs
The following specialized programs are designed to enhance your therapeutic journey. The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP) are integral components of my comprehensive approach and are not available as standalone services. These programs are thoughtfully structured with specific costs, durations, and characteristics to ensure the best outcomes for you as a client. Additionally, the S.P.A.C.E. Training provides a unique coaching experience in which parents can engage for a brief period of time. If you are interested in any of these services, please indicate your preference on the contact or intake form.

Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)
The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a therapeutic intervention delivered by listening to a total of 5 hours of music designed to regulate the nervous system. This allows you to better connect with yourself, others, and the world around you.The SSP promotes an improved response to stress, better emotional regulation and resilience, and increased social connections and deeper relationships. It is an evidence based treatment proven to help with depression, anxiety, sensory processing differences, chronic pain/illness, IBS, trauma and PTSD, ASD, ADHD, neurodevelopment differences, learning difficulties, among other concerns.

Rest and Restore Protocol RRP)
The Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP) is used primarily to promote deep relaxation, recovery and balance in the body and mind.Through the use of endogenous biological rhythms embedded in music, the RRP provides a healing signal to the Autonomic Nervous System to gently move into relaxation. Through listening to music, the RRP gradually exposes the listener to increasingly complex acoustic parameters that are designed as a neural exercise, promoting flexibility. Some of the benefits described by listeners are: deeper sleep and relaxation, reduced heart rate, decreased anxiety, reduced pain, relaxed muscle tone, emotional openness and greater access to past emotions, and improved response to stress. It is helpful with conditions such as trauma, depression and anxiety, gut and gastrointestinal issues, sleep, chronic pain and fatigue, chronic health issues, functional disorders, and more.

S.P.A.C.E. Training
Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (S.P.A.C.E) is a parent-based treatment developed by Dr. Eli Lebowitz that is highly effective in helping children feel less anxious and function better when faced with challenges such as separation anxiety, OCD, social anxiety, selective mutism, and more.
